At Annie Wear, we maintain strict quality standards. All products are carefully inspected before dispatch.

We follow a no return and no refund policy.

Exchanges are only accepted in case of:

Defective or damaged items

Incorrect product received

Requirements

A clear unboxing video is mandatory

The video must be continuous and unedited, showing the package opening

Without a valid unboxing video, exchanges will not be processed.

Conditions

Request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
